In 2002, Dr. Nicole knew that working her nine-to-five was not the calling or purpose that God ordained for her to walk out. She often encouraged and ministered to women everywhere she went. Dr. Nicole knew there was something more, because from the age of nine, Dr. Nicole also developed a love and a gift for working with children. Her love for children and her strong desire to be a work-from-home Mom is what started her journey to start her own childcare business. In 2004, Nicole walked in faith and resigned from her 10-8 job at AT&T opening her home daycare. During this time, Dr. Nicole once again found herself ministering to the women who brought their children to her daycare.

Nicole realized as her life improved, she desired the lives of everyone around her to improve as well. This was when God began to move her into the area of mentorship, counseling, and now coaching.

In 2016, Nicole Graduated from the Living Word Christian Center School of Ministry. That same year God lead her to start a women’s group which birth into A Circle Of Sisters Women’s Ministry. Dr. Nicole is a Mother of a combined family of nine children with thirteen grandchildren. Nicole is proof that when God calls and you answer doors will be open to you, You will go place you have never gone and touch people in a place that your feet will never go. Nicole is the embodiment of Proverbs 31.
